Candidates must have a strong customer service background, either from call centre or the likes of retail. Hours of work - 37.5 hours per week (full time)
Rotating shift pattern (shift provided in advance), however candidates need to be flexible working 5 from 7, 8am earliest start with latest 10pm finish. Usual shifts would be a week in advance working say Mon-Fri 8am to 4:30pm one week, the following week 11am to 7:30pm.
Key skills include
o Ability to handle complex and sometimes challenging information
o High attention to detail
o Ability to build rapport quickly
o Being able to problem solve effectively
o High level of customer service skills including empathy
o Polite and professional telephone manner (absolutely critical first and foremost)
