Location: Renfrewshire
Hours: Full time 9am - 5.30pm must be flexible 7 days per week
Salary: £15,000
Contract: Permanent

The Company:

Working with the retail sector, our client are looking to recruit one additional member of staff to work in their busy store based in the Renfrewshire area. Our client are looking for a multi-disciplined individual who has a friendly, outgoing personality to liaise with customers and make them feel comfortable, whilst also having strong sales skills to up-sell and sell to other clients.

Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Cash Handling
  • Stock Management
  • Up-sell products and services - learn in-depth of company products
  • Excellent customers service at all times
  • Occasionally visiting clients to promote company services - must be able to drive
  • Customer Trade Visits

    • You may also be required to assist with duties relating to the company website and therefore knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite would be a strong advantage.

    Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Retail or face to face sales background
  • Strong Sales Skills
  • Objection Handling
  • Comfortable with EPOS system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Web & Social Media experience preferred
