We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Manager to join a luxury 5* resort hotel based in South Ayrshire.
The role will involve managing the events sales and planning team. It will consist of a senior executive and two co-coordinator's
The job role will involve:
* manage and administers the events department
* Manages all weddings, meetings, conventions and events from the initial start to the end.
* Site inspections
* Contract preparations
The ideal candidate will have:
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Strong leadership
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail
The successful candidate must have previous event management experience either within hotel or venues. Have sales, logistical and planning experience of events. Previous experience of management of people.
