• Set Up Customer Agreements in Oracle
• Create Project Cost and Revenue Budgets in Oracle
• Create and Maintain Project Cost and Revenue Tracking
• Raise Material Requisitions for Project Hires / Rentals
• Review PO Reports
• Perform Project and Asset receipting in Oracle
• Review Supplier Invoices related to projects
• Ensure correct coding for all invoices
• Liaise with vendors on any invoice queries
• Review Project P&L with Project managers / Project Engineers daily to ensure accurate information is
captured and reported
• Record Asset Utilization
• Perform Project Reconciliations
• Investigate Project Variances
• Prepare Project Cost Accruals
• Prepare Project Cost Re-classes
• Create Intercompany Transactions
• Create Project Related Billings to Customers
• Calculate Project Revenue and Create Revenue Accruals / Deferrals
• Reconcile Billings in Excess of Receivables and Receivables in Excess of Billings
• Prepare POC (Percentage of Completion) calculations for lump sum contracts and the collection of
supporting documentation
• Maintain Project Related Records
• Report on Project Profitability
• Close out Project Accounts
• Ensure all transactions are performed timely and in line with Financial Close ScheduleParticipate in Commercial Handovers
