• Accountable for ensuring timely and accurate Recommendation Requests
• Co ordinate timetable of capital recommendations and associated documentation
• Attend and contribute  to recommendation meetings
• Review and ensure economics and recommendation documentation for projects are completed in an accurate and consistent basis
• Develop and maintain capital governance guidance documentation and framework
• Provide training to the UK business on the capital approval process as necessary
• Complete the Capital assurance process
• Ensure alignment with activities included within business plan
• Lead economic peer reviews and assist when required in other areas as and when requested
• Provide direction and framing for projects in Appraise / Select / Define phase
• Provide economic analysis and guidance for capital and commercial projects
• Provide support when required to the Senior Planning Economist  (Annual reserves process)
