Metals Manufacturing Estimator Glasgow   £25000 - £30000 per annum + Plus Benefits

Adecco are currently working in partnership with a leading Engineering sub contracting company within the metal manufacturing industry in order to recruit for the role of an Estimator. The role is based on the outskirts of Glasgow City Centre therefore the successful candidate should ideally have access to a vehicle for easy access to the location.

This organisation specialises in the manufacturing of metal components in Mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel for a range of OEM's.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following.

- Liaise with customers an estimate manufacturing times, plan the process and create routings
- Design BoM's directly from engineering drawings
- Design, develop and cost suitable tooling for machined and fabricated components
- Create and submit quotations
- Create manufacturing procedures and set up sheets as applicable

To apply for this role it is essential that you have come from a previous estimating role within a manufacturing background. Metal Fabrication is also a very desired background for this role.
