Sierra Support Services Group, a market leader in providing a wide range of outsourced services to the Home Energy, Telecommunications, Power Networks and Satellite sectors in Ireland and the UK is recruiting the following in Glasgow:
Reporting Administrator:
Experienced Reporting Administrator required for a busy back office. Excellent administration, literacy and numeric skills are required. A good understanding and experience with KPI reports is essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and possess a positive can-do attitude.
Customer Service Representative:
Experienced CSR required for busy Contact Centre in Glasgow. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar customer contact centre is required. Exceptional customer focus with a positive can-do attitude and a courteous, friendly and professional telephone manner is essential.
