The role
You will have a challenging and rewarding role working within a long-standing highperforming Design and development team to deliver a range of products to meet client requirements
You will have a range of duties and responsibilities including;
(a) Design and development of company products ensuring they meet cost, quality and delivery targets
(b) Liaison with all stakeholders to provide full design and development supports
(c) Design and development for New Product Introduction, Product Change and Product Improvements
(d) Creation of Engineering drawings and all associated documentation
(e) Project Management
Preferably degree qualified, you will currently be or recently have been a Design Engineer with a proven experience in development of a range of Mechanical based products. You will have developed products from initial concept through all development and prototyping stages to project completion and post completion support. You will have a background of development within a manufacturing environment with experience of BOM preparation and work instruction creation. You will have an in-depth working experience on 3D CAD design tools.
