The Care Inspectorate, the unified independent scrutiny and improvement body for care, social work and children’s services, has a significant part to play in improving services for adults and children across Scotland. Regulating and inspecting care services and carrying out social work and child protection inspections, we are here to make sure that people receive the highest quality of care and support, ensuring that people’s rights are promoted and protected.
As a member of the team you will undertake a range of general administrative and clerical tasks to support the Income Control Officer. Duties will include providing administrative support for collating banking, receipting income into the financial system, debt collection work and responding to enquiries received.
You will have a good understanding of financial controls and financial environments, be numerate and highly organised. In addition, you must possess excellent customer service skills, IT Skills, be able to work to tight deadlines in an organised manner and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Experience of using Oracle financial system is desirable.
