What is the Role? To assist in providing an efficient and effective service to the users of North Ayrshire Libraries.
What will you do?
Recording loans and other transactions through the computerised Library Management System, dealing with readers enquiries. Managing computer use through the computerised booking system and assisting the public in the use of computers.
What do you need to bring to the Role?
3 O Levels or Standard Grades or equivalent. Computer skills. Communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
