Silverbean Administrator Glasgow £15000-18000
The role is to work with operators of geographically spread cafe-bar operations. The operators phone in several times a day with statistical information which needs to be co-ordinated and acted upon if required.(such as placing orders with suppliers).
You will need to co-ordinate and communicate with suppllies makiing sure delivery requirements are correct and stock levels at units are maintained.
Working with spreadsheets you will interperate the information and make recomendations to management regarding requirements.
Silverbean is a small growing company and this role will need to interact with other parts of the business and you will need to be willing and able to perform other appropriate tasks.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with spreadsheets both completing and interpreting are essential.
A self starter with logical and disciplined thought process is also a requirement. IT skills are a pre-requisite.
