Current driving licence. Job Specific Requirements
Experience of dealing with the public in both confrontational and sensitive situations. Excellent letter/report writing skills, knowledge of office procedures and the ability to develop plans. Excellent communication skills both written & oral, competence in the use of IT and well developed interpersonal skills. Highly motivated with the ability to motivate and be an effective team member, ability to use initiative, to manage constant and often conflicting demands and be customer focused.
