An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well established business in the Dunfermline area on temporary basis to cover maternity leave.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Pallet accounts
- Allocate payments onto unique system
- Releasing orders
- Contacting customers to chase payments
- Using Creditsafe and Euler for limits for new and existing customers
- Opening new accounts
- Resolving queries
- Raising credit notes
- Raising Invoices
- Using Navision and Chorus systems
The ideal candidate has to be a team player and is willing to work hard and meet expectations. Has to be a good communicator and understands customer relationships.
