This is a busy business to business customer service role where customer satisfaction is key to developing the business. You must enjoy working in a fast paced environment where the main duties of the position include:
Being the first point of contact for customers, dealing with their queries and requests to completion
Processing orders and offering additional services as required
Dealing with order deliveries and the logistics of this
Liaising with internal and external departments to ensure all orders are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
Handling all complaints and dealing with them to resolution or escalating them where appropriate
Ensuring any invoice / credit query is dealt with.
Any other additional duties as required
The position is for a 6 month Fixed Term contract however more opportunities may become available for the successful candidate.
