Compliance Advisor Stirling   £37000 to £40000 per annum

On behalf of our client we are currently looking to recruit a Senior Compliance Advisor.

This challenging role will be based in Stirling. The candidate will be focused and provide support and guidance to the business and act as a deputy to the site Compliance Manager as required, and take responsibility for providing specialist advise on regulatory issues.

Duties will include:

To deputise for the compliance Manager when necessary.
To support the Compliance Manager with the development and oversight of the site based teams.
To assist with the co-ordination of tasks and activities amongst the team to ensure delivery standards are achieved.
To provide guidance and support to the business to ensure that remedial actions fulfil requirements.
To represent compliance on projects, providing appropriate advise.
To support CLPRS compliance projects.
To undertake reasonable tasks or requests from the Compliance Manager.

Essential Skill Set:

Knowledge of regulatory requirements especially but not limited to the Financial Services Authority.
Knowledge of Life & Pensions Market.
FPC or equivalent qualification to financial planning.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
Ability to make clear and concise decisions.
