IFA Technical Adviser/Paraplanner Glasgow   £28000 - £32000 per annum + excellent benefits

My client is a large, national IFA and they have an outstanding opportunity for a Technical Adviser/Paraplanner within their Glasgow offices. This is a rare opportunity to join this excellent employer and there are excellent career development prospects available.

You will be joining a well established team providing paraplanning support to a group of of High Net-worth IFAs advising on the full spectrum of financial services products individual and corporate.

You will on a day to day basis, be responsible for:

Valuations
Client queries
Pre and post sale administration
Data collection
Product Research
Fact Find Analysis
Report Writing
Liaison with Consultants / IFAs
Workflow management
Personal Development

Prepare suitability reports in accordance with agreed recommendations
Complete applications/proposal forms
Ensure all compliance paperwork is in order
Make changes to clients' investments as instructed
Implement the chosen investment strategies

Level 4 is desirable, but not as important as experience in paraplanning
Experience of industry software
Flexibility
Previous experience within an IFA organisation

This role will be offered as a 12 month maternity contract but due to continued business success will hopefully become permanent.
