Support Analyst / Infrastructure Architect/ Infrastructure Engineer / Infrastructure Consultant required for a permanent position in Aberdeen.

Cathcart Associates are working with one of Scotland's most prestigious organisation's to find an Infrastructure Consultant for a permanent position in their Aberdeen Head Quarters.

This is a great opportunity for the right person to come in and join my client's Infrastructure team, and assist in contributing to their onward growth and expansion. Therefore there is huge scope for progression and professional development.

This role is very challenging, but hugely exciting at the same time as you will get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects throughout your career. Thus your skill set will always be diverse and very up to date as you will be working with the most cutting edge technologies, as well as this no two days are likely to be the same.

You will be responsible for providing technical expertise to design and manage the operation, performance and security of my clients enterprise wide applications, server and infrastructure.
The successful applicant with have experience in most/all of the following:

** VMware- Design/implementation/administration and troubleshooting
** Citrix/XenApp- Design/Implementation/administration
** Active Directory
** Experience with Storage such as SAN or EMC
** Windows operating systems up to Server 2008
** Windows Desktop XP/7
** Exchange 2007- 2010 would be advantageous
** Exposure to Linux- Support/administration is desirable but not essential
** Knowledge of ITIL support and delivery processes would also be beneficial.
