Large Well established organisation based in the Falkirk area are urgently seeking a part-time administrator to work on a 4 week temporary contract starting immediately.

Hours are 20 hours per week between 9am-1pm Monday-Friday

Duties include:

Answering phone
General administration duties
Dealing with queries and enquiries from customers
Providing quotations
Updating in house database system

Candidates must have a strong administration and customer service background, working within a fast paced office, excellent organisation, communication skills with the ability to prioritise there workload. Proficient IT literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
