My client based in Stirling has a temporary PA opportunity to cover a secondment period.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Co-ordinating internal and external meetings
Prioritising mail (including email)
Managing office budgets
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in a busy and fast- paced office and handling confidential information. Good communication skills coupled with strong administration and organisational skills are essential.
Candidates should be educated to HNC level or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years experience preferably supporting a senior manager in a secretarial or PA role.
