Our client is seeking experienced and qualified Mortgage advisers to join their successful Mortgage brokerage in Glasgow. Our client is the sole broker to a well-known website which generates a consistent flow of quality leads. They also have various subsidiary companies from which you can generate business through associated products and services.
Role Purpose
You will have the opportunity to play a key role in the future success of the company, working within a team of successful mortgage brokers you will have have the ability to convert a high volume of leads into business and subsequent revenue.
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced mortgage adviser to be exposed to a high volume of leads and in turn achieve a high level of earnings. You may currently run your own Mortgage business or be a Mortgage adviser through a network that would benefit from a high volume of daily leads.
They have an fantastic admin support function which means as an experienced adviser, you will no longer have to spend valuable time with admin, allowing you to focus on what you enjoy most, dealing with clients. Their admin team is of high quality and contains very experienced staff.
The majority of the leads are for clients based down south so all their advise is done over the telephone. Therefore in your first couple of months you will be based in their office in Glasgow city centre, however there is the opportunity to work from home in the long-term.
Ideal Candidate
- You will be fully CeMap or equivalent qualified
- You will be an experienced Mortgage adviser with a proven ability in sales
- You will have 6 months selling experience in the last 24 months
- You will have a high success rate shown in your conversion from appointment to sale

- This is a self-employed opportunity with an excellent commission/bonus structure. You will also have access to full admin support.
