A temporary HR assistant is required to join an Altens based team. the successful candidate will be driven to provide high standards of work and be experienced within HR administration.
Role Outline:
The role will be to build the new organisation structures in the HR module of SAP. This involves interpreting country organisation charts sent in from our various countries and the data sets that contain details of the employees working in these countries and then creating the org units and positions in SAP.
There will be a lot of queries to work through as the structures and data sets seldom come in with the exact information required so the HR Assistants will need to work with the HR business teams in Aberdeen and the local in-country teams to understand how the structures all come together.
Candidates will therefore need to be IT literate (ideally with SAP experience), keen to learn, happy to work through data input and repetitive work, able to work on their own initiative, and willing to stay with us through to the end of the year.
