OfficeTeam are currently recruiting for a senior Administrator for a temporary contract in Edinburgh City Centre. The role is ongoing on fortnightly basis and has the potential to be a long term contract for the right candidate. The role involves database management, processing payments, setting up meetings, attend meetings and take minutes, travel arrangements, copy and audio typing, maintain relationships via phone and email communications with internal and external parties.The successful candidate will be confident in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have experience with bespoke databases. This role is to start immediately.
