This is a temporary position where hours and times of work may vary and we therefore require someone who is flexible enough to accommodate this.
This is a fast paced and busy role where the main duties include:
- Typing up documents
- Answering calls and dealing with queries or directing to the relevant person where required
- Diary management
- Organise meetings and travel arrangements
- Minute taking - experience is essential.
In addition you must be a natural organiser who takes a proactive approach to work with the ability to multi task and prioritise in order to complete tasks within the given timescales. You must also be competent in using the Microsoft Office suite.
