An Opportunity has now arisen to join our friendly team in our modern Head Office Administration centre located in the Nova Technology Park, Glasgow.Enthusiastic about providing the best customer service, you will join a dedicated team under the direction of the Office Manager and be responsible for ensuring that our new and existing customers receive a superior service from the first point of contact.The ideal candidate will have experience of selling directly to customers whilst ensuring the accurate and timely creation and maintenance of related administrative records.  You will be computer literate (MS Word etc.), possess an exceptional telephone manner with a willingness to learn quickly in a fast moving environment and ideally having exposure to audio typing.
