PRG’s Client, one of the UK's leading professional services companies, is currently looking to recruit a Payroll Supervisor to support its National Payroll business.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role will cover a range of areas crucial to the successful operation of the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a payroll team to ensure that all client payrolls are processed accurately and on time in line with performance targets and contractual obligations.
- Ensuring strong relationships exist with both internal and external clients
- Owning the client relationship with defined clients and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services
- Delivering continuous improvement both in quality and efficiency
- Supporting the seamless transition of new work into the payroll centre including leading the transition process.
- Coaching and supporting fellow team members
You will also be supporting the accounts process, ensuring this is as streamlined as possible. Efficient information management is essential, such as regular information gathering from the regional teams, and maintenance of internal databases to ensure clear communication.
An IPPM or equivalent qualification is desirable, as well as experience of managing a team, preferably in a bureau environment. You will be able to prioritise a varied workload and used to working to deadlines. You will be an enthusiastic and well organised individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
