Our financial services client based in Glasgow City Centre are curently looking to recruit Full Time Credit Card Advisors. This is for a 6 month temporary contract.
You will be responsible for handling high volume incoming calls relating to their credit card products, whilst providing high levels of customer service at all times. This role focuses on customer service rather than sales and does not involve working to sales targets.
Suitable candidates for this role must have previous experience within a contact centre environment, ideally within a financial services organisation however this is not essential. The shift pattern available for this role is a backshift so you must be flexible between 11am and 11pm.
Hourly rate for this role is £9.00 and start date will be 8th October 2012.
