I have an opportunity for a Customer Services Administrator to start within an ongoing temporary position in Grangemouth. Working on a 2 shift pattern between the hours of 6am and 8.30pm, the successful candidate must be able to work both all shift rotations.
Assisting with all administrative duties associated with the position, you will be responsible for ensuring all relevant details are obtained for each customer and entering it onto the appropriate systems. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be happy to any adhoc work as and when required and be very detail oriented. He/ She must also have very good communication skills and be PC Literate, especially with Microsoft office. Photographic Identification must be shown before entering this role.
