To provide support and guidance to the business regarding FSA requirements, Data Protection and other relevant regulations.
*You will responsible for providing specialist advice and support on regulatory issues.
*You will be supporting the Compliance Manager with the delivery of the Compliance Plan and commitments to business partners.
*Deputising for the compliance manager; supervision of staff, conducting peer reviews and providing feedback and attending meetings and committees.
*You will produce reports delivering key issues and messages.
We are looking for a credible, professional candidate capable of developing the role. With strong decision making ability and high level planning skills, you will have proven ability to deliver results. The ideal candidate will have a positive approach and be flexible and adaptable to change.
Experience and Qualifications required
*First class knowledge of regulatory requirements within, but not limited to, Financial Services
*Excellent knowledge of the Life and Pensions market.
*Minimum 5 years in financial services, with at least 2 years experience in a compliance related environment
*Experience in team management.
*FPC or equivalent qualification
*Excellent IT skills
