Accounts Assistant Edinburgh   £18000 - £21000 per annum

An fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a dynamic blue chip company in central Edinburgh. This is a 12 month fixed term contract and is accompanied by a competitive salary of up to £21, 000, negotiable by experience.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you are highly proficient in and have extensive experience of the following:

- Strong AP background with exposure to month end procedure
- Preparation of journal entries
- Forecasting of payments and the preparation of payment runs
- Exposure to VAT
- Skilled in the preparation, analysis and interpretation of accounts

Previous utilisation of ERP systems will prove highly advantageous in applying for this role. It is imperative that you have 3-4 years previous experience in a similar role and will demonstrate a committed and driven approach to the duties required in the above position.
