Immediate start – 12month FTC
We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading Oil & Gas provider based in Aberdeen City Centre.
This is a crucial and influential role for our Client. Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of HR services. You will work closely with HR colleagues across the business to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice.
Key responsibilities will also include:
- Providing advice and assistance to management and staff on human resources policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements.
- Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development.
- Experienced in dealing with employee relations issues
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with a track record in a similar role. You will have knowledge of current employment law legislation, ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a 12month placement therefore you must be available immediately to start.
