An opportunity has arisen to join a well known and leading business in the outskirts of Edinburgh.Our client is seeking to recruit this hands on position due to a retirement within finance.
The key duties of this role will include:
- Provide monthly management accounts for manufacturing site
- Provide detailed commentary on specific site projects highlighting any major variances
- Annual budget preparation for operation unit
- Prepare capital expenditure reports
- Provide site financial and management reports to senior management
- Cost of Production to Actual costs
- Labour analysis
The ideal candidate will be a hands on Qualified Accountant who has a strong knowledge of the manufacturing sector, The ability to lead and motivate a small finance team coupled with providing financial reports within specified time frames is also a must.
