Networkers International are excited to be working with a market leader in the FMCG industry. Our well known client with a global brand are looking for a qualified accountant or a candidate at final stages in there studys with FMCG experience to join their dynamic and established team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
The Role:
•Interpret data and recommend actions
•understand brand and customer profitability drivers
•Ensure reporting complies with financial policies
•Assist managers across the business in creation with business plans forecasts and budgets
•Regular revues of actuals versus targets accompanied with forecasts and budgets
In addition to this
•Provide financial support and direction for changes to promotional plans
•Ensure promotional plans are in line with targets and comply with financial policies
•Provide accurate and timely financial analysis for sales and marketing
•Provide understandable reports that enable non finance managers to take appropriate action.
The Candidate:
•Qualified Accountant preferred (ACMA/ACCA/CA)
•Strong excel skills
•FMCG or fast paced manufacturing background
•Works effectively within teams
•understand brand and customer profitability drivers
•Confident and effective communicator
•Attention to detail
•Confidence to be able to handle large sets of data in line with financial figures
•Understand brand and customer profitability driverS
•Extensive knowledge of finance and accounting concepts
•SAP experience is desirable but is not essential
•Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks while not losing sight of key deadlines
This role would suit a qualified accountant looking to work with a global brand on a FTC basis or someone looking to take a step up in there career potentially whilst at the final stages of own studys. Previous exposure supporting sales and marketing ideally in FMCG branded products environment is preferred.
