We are looking for a Full-Time Recruitment Consultant to work in our Edinburgh Branch.
The individual will be responsible for:
• Advertising positions across a variety of websites, ensuring the advert is professional, grammatically correct and well laid out
• Sifting through candidate CV’s to identify potential applicants for the roles available
• Screening candidates to a high standard, working to criteria & deadlines set by the consultants and Branch Manager/Team Leader
• Interviewing applicants professionally and thoroughly, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and that all legislative requirements are met
• Matching candidates to roles ensuring that the highest standards of service and quality are met at all times
• Ensuring applicants are kept informed of the status of their application and updated on developments in a timely manner
• Handling all referencing and document checking for permanent candidates and flexible workers
• Providing support to working flexible workers answering queries and dealing with problems in a customer focussed and pro-active manner
• Ensuring timesheets are received from flexible workers
• Generating new business through sales activity
• Answering the phone and any other ad hoc duties as required by the line manager
The successful individual in this role will have to demonstrate the following behaviours and abilities:
