Media Relations and PR Manager
Salary range from £36,000
Location - Edinburgh
Liaising with the media is an important part of every day at Creative Scotland. Whether organising a PR launch, helping promote our exciting and dynamic cultural sector and artists, communicating our successes to a range of media, or working in collaboration with colleagues in Scottish Government - there is always a lot going on.
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and positive Media Relations and PR Manager to lead our engagement with the media (broadcast, print and on-line) across Scotland, the UK and internationally.
You’ll have an understanding of the media landscape, and of arts, culture, screen and the creative industries in Scotland. With excellent team working, communications, budgeting and reporting skills, and strong personal resilience, you’ll lead our media engagement and be able to develop positive working relationships with the Scottish media.
