PRG are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for a fixed term contract.
Our client are one of Scotland’s most successful companies and have produced substantial profits through the recession.
To be considered for this role you must have experience of matching and coding invoices, upto 150 per week. You will be able to reconcile supplier statements and deal with related enquires and be able to process payment runs. Have knowledge of management accounting and reporting. You will also be processing credit card and personnel expenses.
It is essential that the successful candidate has experience in problem solving and the ability to deal with individuals on all levels to resolve outstanding queries.
The candidate will be working within a team environment and must have the ability to assist other team members during busier periods.
