I have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Technologist looking to fast track their food career!

This is one of the country's leading chilled food manufacturers, based close to Edinburgh, which is renowned for its innovative approach to product development and setting the standard for others to follow.

In this role you will assist in the development of new products and upgrade existing products, through the factory to launch. You will also assist with the development of and implement the critical path.

You will innovate new products and processes to maintain and grow a creative catalogue of products for the customer. Develop new products to deliver the required margin for the business.

You must monitor product quality of new and existing products for the customers that you are responsible for.

To apply for this role you must:

Have a food related degree. Be able to demonstrate the ability to think creatively. Experience of communicating directly with an external retail customer.
