We now have a requirement for a talented Resourcer to join our Skills & Technical Division in Dunfermline/Rosyth - to deliver exciting results for our clients and candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Produce quality candidates to meet and exceed service level agreement expectations.
*Populate internal database with quality information, which offers immediate access to Candidate Profiles and Talent Pools.
*Take ownership of candidate compliance to ensure that internal processes are followed, as well as adherence to industry legislation.
*Fulfill candidate attraction processes and devise process improvement solutions.
*Work with internal colleagues or hiring managers to design and implement sourcing strategies.
*Oversee all administration within the office and coordinate payroll on a weekly basis for temporary workers.

Client Contact:

*Channel leads and prospects into recruitment colleagues for follow-up
*Reference check candidates who are being placed into jobs or registered on our system

Revenue Generation:

*This isn't a direct revenue producing position however the quality of candidate output will directly contribute to the profitability of the division.

* (10)Organised individual who can multi-task and deliver results against variable SLA's and KPI's.
*(10)Excellent verbal and written communication, with good listening and influencing skills
*(10)Customer service focused and displays a willingness to exceed client expectations
*(10)Process driven and evaluates process improvement options to enhance the client and candidate experience.
*(10)Personal characteristics: openness, honesty, integrity, respect, strong work ethic, flexibility and adaptability. Can work systematically and in a compliant manner, whilst being creative to deliver client solutions.
*(10) - Strong IT literacy - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
*(9)Can demonstrate an appreciation of "value-add services, and the pros/cons of "exclusivity."
*(9) Problem solving - ability to analyse problems to root cause, identify short and medium term actions and drive resolutions to customers' satisfaction - data decisive
*(8)Previous recruitment industry experience
*(8)Proven track record of sourcing candidates for (singular or multiple) permanent and temporary recruitment campaigns.
*(8)Experienced interviewer who is comfortable assessing candidates using various techniques
