Clinical Anatomy Skills Centre - Events Supervisor

Two Year Fixed Term Contract - Extendable dependent onr esults and perforamnce - 35 hours per week

An experienced Event Supervisor is sought to look after the day to day running of the new Clinical Anatomy Skills Centre – a joint project between RCPSG and The University of Glasgow.

The post holder may be based in both locations, as necessary. The post holder will report directly Joint Management Committee (JMC) RCPSG/UoG and to the Deputy Head of Education, Training and Professional Development at RCPSG

Duties will include, but not be limited to:-

Handling of general enquiries relating to the Centre.

Course development in liaison with Clinical Leads.

Marketing of courses and handling Course bookings, including all administrative support and event management, front of house duties at events, co-ordination of inspections, liaising with sponsors.

Daily liaison with staff from both RCPSG and The University of Glasgow

Secretarial duties as necessary, including secretary to the JMC and keeping maintenance logs of equipment.

Key liaison for clinical skills equipment suppliers and sponsors.

Full administration management of the new Centre.
