The ideal candidate will have a background in financial administration with the ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines. The main duties will include:
- Deal with all telephone enquiries from staff and external suppliers, and direct these to correct person/dept
- Processing invoices
- Provide admin support to payroll team
- Process orders and maintain stock of stationery
- General administration - distributing mail, filing, typing
The successful candidate will have a strong personality with excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner. You must be proficient with all aspects of Microsoft Office, with highly accurate typing abilities and also be quick to learn new IT systems.
