Our client is looking to employ a Software Development Manager /Scrum Master Tech lead in Aberdeen. The Scrum Master is required to be responsible for Back End development workstream to ensure delivery is on time and meets business expectations. Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating a development team to develop quality code utilising agile scrum methodolgy.
Scrum Master will be a subject matter expert for delivering quality developments and will require the following experience and skills:
Leadership, strong communication, creativity, experience of eCommerce, and strong technical understanding of C#.NET and ASP.NET development and frameworks, in depth understanding of IT and software developments, extensive scrum master experience, experience of test automation and project management experience.
This role would suit a developer with 3 - 5 years experience that has gone into a scrum master/delivery/tech manager role.
