Our client is an international energy services company operating in engineering & production facilities, well support and gas turbine services. Employing over 28,000 personnel worldwide they operate in 50 countries

As Senior HR Advisor your main responsibilities will include

Develop and strengthen HR relationships with key in-country Business Managers and HR teams
Coach / Mentor in-country HR teams & support key HR challenges/initiatives
Support the roll out of global HR initiatives
Develop assignment / international contracts of employment in line with project requirements - inc. tax, immigration and local labour law requirements.
Provide advice and offer solutions to international compensation and benefits provision including allowances, expenses, medical and life insurance etc
Carry out HR research activities for new countries - inc, producing country local legislation summaries, making recommendations for secondment requirements ensuring compliance with tax, immigration and labour law requirements
Provide support to the in-country HR teams and Business Managers by conducting weekly conference calls and visiting the operations as required
Support and work closely with the other members of the HR International Operations Corporate Support team, including coaching / mentoring of the HR Associates

Education & Qualifications:
Chartered CIPD member (or working towards)
