Our client is a high successful Construction business based within the outskirts of Edinburgh. Due to recent expansions within the business they now have an exciting requirement for an accomplished Part Qualified Accountant to join the team and assist with maintaining financial records and producing accurate and timely reports. Skills & Experience:

· Responsible for month end management accounts
· Assisting with quarterly budgeting re-forecasts
· Assisting with year-end consolidated accounts
· Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register and posting monthly depreciation
· Month End reporting
· Balance sheet reconciliations
· Responsible for cost reporting on a monthly basis
· VAT returns
· Dealing with senior stakeholders regularly
· Responsible for multiple bank reconciliations
· Assisting with year end Audit preparation

You will be an ACCA or CIMA Part Qualified Accountant with at least 2 years experience within a commercial (Ideally construction/industry) accountancy role. You will have proven skills in reporting and meeting deadlines. You will also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to gain trust, coupled with a can do attitude.

This is an exceptional role for someone to step into commerce and industry and develop a huge amount of understanding and knowledge of the various different business areas.
