Devro (Scotland) Limited, part of Devro plc, is a successful manufacturer of collagen products for the food industry.

Our markets are rapidly changing and customer expectations continue to grow.   In order to ensure we continue to succeed and meet operational challenges we wish to strengthen our manufacturing team and have a vacancy for a Shift Manager.

You should be degree qualified in a science/engineering related discipline.   An in-depth knowledge of process and manufacturing industries would be a distinct advantage.  The role requires technical competence combined with the ability to work a continental shift pattern within a team environment.  We are certain that your people & problem solving skills and your ability to make decisions will be developed in this position.  You will be measured against manufacturing targets and personal performance objectives.
