Harmony Recruitment and Development is working with a Global Manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to cover Maternity Leave in their friendly office.
You will be responsible for the accurate and timely administration for millions of pounds worth of sales across the world. The post involves communication mainly via email to three very high profile clients and all associated partners as required.
Your duties will include:
- Processing Customer Orders
- Maintain backlog of order information on Excel
- Processing customer reschedules
- Allocating stock to hub locations
- Completing customer forecasts
- Liasing directly with your customer
- Assisting the Sales Manager
- Monitoring credits
- Tracking reurned parts and material
- Assisting accounts department
This role is a stand alone post reporting remotely to your Sales Manager and, as such, we require all applicants to be able to commit to this post for a minimum of 12 month. You should be a self starter, quick to pick up processes and with exceptional attention to detail. As the majority of your communication comes via email you should have excellent written english and a good typing speed.
Candidates should have an excellent working knowledge of Excel, be self motivated and diligent and work well under pressure. You will have a 2 month handover with the existing Sales Administrator starting early November.
