In this newly created role, they need a dynamic person with exceptional administration skills, specifically gained within an HR Environment. In addition, you MUST have experience of managing absence, disciplinary proceedings and grievance.
You must also have strong knowledge of payroll, and be proactive in seeking opportunities to improve HR processes.
Full driving licence and a car is essential.
