We are recruiting for a HR Advisor to cover Ayr based in Kilmarnock.

This is an exciting opportunity for a CIPD professional to provide advice to the Management team and to undertake key tasks within Ayrshire. The post is very much as 'hands on' role as you will be expected to conduct absence management, investigate discipline and grievance matters and ensure that local HR practice meets policy and procedure standards.

The role is working Monday to Friday, 32 hours per week, permanent. Competitive salary plus 32 days holidays pro rata (normal working hours are 35) and contributory pension scheme.

We are looking for candidates who are CIPD qualified with a proven track record in dealing with HR issues as detailed above. Looking for candidates to start as soon as possible.
