We are looking for ambitious individuals looking to work along side and learn with some of the best chefs currently working in Aberdeen.

Accommodation available.

We provide free transport to and from work, meals on duty, uniform, gym membership, 2 2-night hotel breaks every year for you and a friend.

The Mercure Ardoe House and Spa is everything you would expect of a 21st century luxury Hotel. In bringing the 19th century mansion up to date we have taken a great deal of care to ensure that it's grandeur and dignity is not disturbed.
