As an Ambassador for the Spa Natural and the hotel your main roles are
to provide excellent customer service to all guests using the Spa whilst
maximising all sales opportunities.
To liase with the Manager on forward business/issues.
To train all department staff in Health & Safety procedures in thier department
To record stock takes on a monthly basis to the Manager.
To report weekly figures to the Manager.
To maintain correct levels of stocks for our customers ensuring compliance with the company purchasing procedure.
To provide the highest levels of hygiene in the beauty rooms at all times.
To liase with and assist the Manager on promotional events.
To set weekly retail targets and to motivate the team into achieving.
Meeting with clients for showrounds and appointments when necessary.
Ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities.
Plan and organise relevant training for therapists.
Commissions to be calculated on a monthly basis and reported to the Manager.
Be aware of company products and special offers, to maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and services.
To maintain the highest level of personal/work cleanliness and hygiene.
