This is a a world leading on-line retailer who are currently seeking temporary staff to join their Contact Centre in the heart of Edinburgh. Customer care is central to their business, and they are looking for fun loving, professional advisors who always put the customer first.

You will be working with and supported by the best in customer care. You will work on a wide range of incoming calls and will be given responsibility to take actions to resolve the call positively with the customer.
