Job Title: Purchase Ledger Assistant
Salary: £8-10 an hour
Hudson’s Client, a leading Financial Services Business in Edinburgh, are currently seeking a purchase ledger assistant for a 6 month temporary contract. Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience in a similar role. Particular experience of dealing with a high volume of queries would be beneficial. Candidates should be of an intermediate level with Excel and Word.
Key responsibilities include:
· Processing a high volume of invoices
· Ensuring correct coding for all invoices
· Matching invoices to purchase orders
· Processing payment runs
· Statement reconciliations
· Answering a high volume of supplier queries
